Nervous system–informed parenting coaching isn’t about giving you more strategies or telling you what to do.
It’s about understanding what’s happening inside you when it’s hard to do it.
It’s about learning how your body moves into fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown—and how to return to safety and ease. It’s about recognizing that regulation comes before relationship, and that presence becomes possible when your nervous system feels safe enough to stay.
This is not behavior management.
This is not compliance before connection.
This is not fixing your child.
It’s learning how to feel safe in your own body so you can be the steady, attuned presence your child needs—especially in the hard moments.
It’s building awareness, capacity, and compassion.
It’s learning how to repair when there are ruptures.
It’s understanding that both you and your child are doing the best you can with the nervous systems you have.
In this work, I am not above you.
I walk beside you.
I am a steady presence you can lean on when your own system feels overwhelmed.
A holder of safety when you can’t yet find it for yourself.
A translator of your inner world—helping you put language to what your body already knows.
You will not be judged here.
You will not be rushed, analyzed, or made small.
You will be met with presence, curiosity, and compassion.
This is a space where your truth can surface gently.
Where your nervous system can finally be understood.
Where you are allowed to be human.

My work is shaped by a deep knowing:
We can’t think our way to safety.
We have to feel our way there.
I come to this work with clinical training, nervous-system science, and a profound respect for the body’s wisdom. I also come with lived experience of what it means to grow up in environments where big feelings weren’t met with safety, and how that shapes the way our nervous systems learn to protect us.
What guides me is a simple, steady truth:
With enough felt safety, we gain access to curiosity, compassion, and connection.
With enough presence, we can begin to repair.
With enough understanding, we stop turning on ourselves.
My role is to hold the space where that becomes possible.
Where there is nothing wrong with you.
Where your nervous system is understood.
Where you are seen, not judged.
Where presence becomes possible again.
